Warranty Policy

Carlion Multimedia offers a 2-year manufacturer warranty to all customers who purchase Clarion products. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults.

Warranty Period

All Clarion products are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty period starts from the invoice date.

Warranty Coverage

Covered by warranty: Manufacturing defects, material faults, workmanship errors. Not covered by warranty: Physical damage, water damage, misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized intervention.

Warranty Procedures

For warranty transactions, you need to apply to authorized service with invoice and warranty certificate. The product must be delivered in its original packaging and with accessories.
